1. Noise caused by damage to the internal bearing of the belt conveyor:
The internal bearings of the belt conveyor usually need to have stable support capabilities, and the performance level of the bearings will be significantly reduced after long-term operation. Once they are subjected to high pressure, they are easily damaged.
2. Noise caused by abnormal operation of the drum:
Insufficient maintenance of the drum or deviation will directly cause abnormal sounds. The staff should strictly detect the status of the drum, strictly screen according to the quality standards, and prohibit the use of unqualified drum devices.
3. Noise caused by abnormal operation of the bearing:
During the installation and commissioning of the belt conveyor, it is easy to ignore the use of seamless steel pipe equipment. During operation, the bearing is easily affected by the intervention of centrifugal force, which directly hinders the normal operation of the bearing, thus causing a series of noise problems.
Specifically, the performance of the seamless steel pipe should be inspected to ensure the quality of the belt conveyor. At the same time, it is necessary to observe the operating frequency of the bearing and promptly discover the impact of the seamless steel pipe on the bearing, so as to avoid the interference of the centrifugal force on the bearing.
4. Abnormal noise will also occur when the coupling is not concentric:
This noise is basically consistent with the rotation frequency of the motor. For this abnormal noise problem, the position of the motor reducer should be adjusted in time to avoid problems such as reducer breakage.
5. Abnormal noise will also occur when the roller deviates seriously from the center:
The main reason for the abnormal noise of the roller is the uneven production of the wall thickness of the seamless steel pipe of the roller, the large centrifugal force, or the large deviation between the center of the workpiece bearing hole and the center of the circle.
Therefore, the performance of the roller needs to be strictly tested to ensure the normal operation of the belt conveyor. At the same time, the operation of the bearing should be observed more closely, and the distance between the center line and the edge of the roller should be strictly set. If the distance is not equal, it means that the bearing is misaligned, and the intact bearing should be replaced in time.
